Nylle, this is such a fun reminder!! I didn’t used to wear SPF everyday; only on summer days that I was planning on being in the sun for more than 30. minutes. I’ve noticed a big difference in my skin health since integrating this super easy step 🙂

I love this tea! It does wonders for calming symptoms from my cycle and has mint and nettle leaf that help with hot flashes!! Also makes a great refreshing ice tea.

Once a week I enjoy a multifaceted self care ritual.
