  • My infrared sauna ritual

    Once a week I enjoy a multifaceted self care ritual.

    It begins with a good facial cleanse followed by an application of Luminous facial oil from Vital Body. Next, full body dry brushing for about 10 minutes. Then I hop in the shower for a quick rinse and steam, maybe another 10 minutes. Light towel off and apply cbd body oil from Vital Body. For the next 30 minutes in the sauna I practice breathing exercises, mudras, and slow fascial streatching for my neck. The last five minutes of my sauna, I open the door to start my cool down. Then back to the showers for a cold rinse. To top it all off, I go to the red light room where I do some full body stretching and yoga.

    This is the perfect conclusion to my week, let go and release. My skin feels amazing, body restored, mind cleared.

    Wow, this sounds like such a beautifully intentional ritual! I love how you combined not only skincare but also mindfulness, stretching, and breathwork – it really highlights how wellness is more than just physical care. I can imagine how refreshed and grounded you must feel afterward.
