My Favorite Way to Reset: Somadome

How I use it step by step:

- Reset – Walk out feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced.
What I like most is how quickly it helps to clear the mind, reduce stress, and recharge energy. Even a short session can feel like a full reset for the body and mind.
Wellness isn’t just about the outside. Somadome reminds me to take care of my inner balance too.
