    Great question! Each month it might be something different for me. Mostly, yin yoga that focuses on hips really helps my low back. I also like heat and weight on my low abdomen. Cupping Massage on low abdomen is also really helpful.

    This is such a common occurrence during PMS. You may want to try some of these creams and see which one feels best. There’s biofreeze which has menthol and can provide cooling sensation to soothe muscle pain; arnica cream or gel has anti inflammatory properties, CBD topicals or tiger balm which is a classic. Some stretches that can help are yoga poses like child’s pose, cat cow, reclining twist, lay on back arms out knees up to chest then gently drop your legs to one side.
