Gentle and Reflective
Yesterday I said goodbye to a dear friend and my heart is heavy. Grief comes in waves and I’m reminded how important it is to take care of ourselves when life feels tender. For me, that looks like:
* stepping outside for fresh air
* journaling my feelings, even messy ones
* lighting a candle in her honor
* resting without guilt
If you’re grieving, needing a reset, or just feeling ‘off,’ please remember…gentleness is enough.
