My Recommended Wellness Circuit

When I guide guests through our touchless therapies, I like to create a flow that supports the mind, body, and energy system in a seamless, restorative way. Here’s the circuit I personally recommend for deep reset and balance:

1. Infrared Sauna — Warmth & Grounding

I always begin with the Infrared Sauna. The full-spectrum heat encourages detoxification, loosens tension, and helps you settle into your body.
Add-on I love: Aromatherapy—lavender or eucalyptus to deepen breath and calm the mind.

2. PEMF Therapy — Cellular Recharge

After heat, I move guests into PEMF to support cellular repair, balance the nervous system, and restore energy flow. It’s an incredible grounding tool.
Add-on I recommend: Divine Eyes for added comfort and relaxation.

3. Red Light Bar — Skin & Mood Brightening

Next, I suggest the targeted Red Light Bar. It helps reduce inflammation, boost collagen, and elevate mood. It’s gentle, soothing, and beautifully complementary to PEMF.

4. Full-Body Red Light Room — Whole-Body Alignment

For deeper rejuvenation, I encourage a session in the full-body Red Light Room. It’s one of my favorite ways to prepare for yoga or movement because it eases stiffness and gently awakens the body.
