For the past two decades, I’ve lived and breathed the wellness industry. I’ve swept spa floors and built strategic plans. I’ve worked in treatment rooms, board rooms, and tech labs. And across all those years, one truth has remained constant:
wellness is at its best when it feels connected, intuitive, and human.

Today, I’m proud to share that we’ve taken a major step toward that future.

Introducing: The SpaSpace Connect Platform

A connected digital home for the modern wellness experience.

What started as a bold idea—and a very small, very focused team—has now come to life inside SpaSpace Chicago. Our beta is officially live, and real guests and real therapists are already using it every single day.

And yes, we built it with the power of AI, rapid prototyping, and a deep belief that the wellness industry deserves technology that keeps people at the center.

What We Built

SpaSpace Connect is what I’ve long envisioned: a single intelligent ecosystem where guests, experts, and operators can move fluidly through their wellness journey without friction, confusion, or multiple tabs.

And importantly, it’s booking-system agnostic.
In Chicago, our beta integrates with Zenoti, but the architecture supports flexibility so operators aren’t held back by their software.
